Shauna Rudd

Shauna (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Shauna was raised in Eastern Kentucky and brings a wealth of experience from work in various clinical settings. Shauna has experience working with children and families, adolescents, and adults, with an emphasis on trauma recovery. Shauna is formally trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children and adolescents affected by trauma. She is also formally trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy for adults who experience emotional dysregulation. Shauna is experienced in the delivery of Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies. Shauna’s approach to therapy is grounded in building a strong therapeutic relationship that is never judgmental. She values humor and honesty in her service delivery and emphasizes that the client is the expert on themself. Shauna is outcome-driven but the process is her favorite part.


Shauna enjoys concerts, game nights with her friends, and playing with her dog, Leroy. She also claims to make the best vegan lasagna but this has not yet been verified by our sources.

Shauna is accepting new clients ages 6 and older, depending on availability.
