Patient Portal

Here for an appointment?

When you become a client with Better Mental Health KY, you automatically receive an invitation to our patient portal via email. This portal is used to:

​

  • Access your telehealth appointments​

  • Send and receive secure messages from your clinician and our Administrative Director

  • Fill out and access your patient files (e.g., intake paperwork)​

Please use the patient portal to contact your clinician and/or the administrative director! See the following image if you are unsure how to access these messages.
