Ashley Malone, CSW

"My experience has been that there is, surprisingly, always hope."

- The Eleventh Doctor; Doctor Who

Ashley is a Certified Social Worker and telehealth therapist. She offers a warm and collaborative space for clients navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, life transitions, and more. Ashley's approach is flexible and tailored, drawing elements from both Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. She also likes to incorporate more expressive methods like art and/or bibliotherapy when appropriate. Ashley specializes in supporting parents of children with special needs; individuals recovering from addiction; survivors of childhood abuse or neglect; and LGBTQIA individuals. Whether you’re exploring your identity, managing parenting challenges, or working through religious trauma, she will meet you where you're at with compassion, insight, and tools for lasting growth.

Ashley describes herself as a neurodivergent mom (pet and human alike) who loves Disney, all things nerdy, and believes deeply in the power of connection and compassion. She became a social worker to help shift the way society supports people—because everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and valued.
